Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lost in the Lines. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our T-shirts are printed to order, we ask that you review our transparent return process below, which fully complies with UK consumer law.

1. The 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the absolute right to change your mind and cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you receive your item.
Once you notify us of your intent to return, you have an additional 14 days to safely post the item back to us.

2. How to start a return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Do not send your item back to the address on the shipping packaging (our printing facility cannot accept returns).
  2. Email us directly at returns@lostinthelines.com within 14 days of delivery.
  3. Please include your Order Number and the reason for your return.
  4. Our customer support team will reply within 24 hours to provide you with the correct UK return mailing address.

3. Return shipping costs

  • Change of Mind / Size Exchanges: The customer is fully responsible for paying the return postage costs. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund if the package is lost in transit.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your T-shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email returns@lostinthelines.com with a digital photograph of the issue. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or issue a free replacement immediately at no cost to you.

4. Item condition

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition:
  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • Free from stains, pet hair, or strong odors (such as smoke or perfume).
  • Items that do not meet these criteria cannot be refunded and may be sent back to you.

5. Restocking fees

We believe in straightforward pricing. We charge £0.00 in restocking fees or administrative fees for processed returns.

6. Refunds and Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our address, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment.
  • Original Shipping Costs: We will refund the full price of the item plus our standard outward shipping cost.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to securely appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your card issuer.
