Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lost in the Lines. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order processing and production time

Because our T-shirts feature original artwork, every item is printed to order specifically for you.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will usually begin processing the following business day.
  • Production Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your garment to be printed, quality-checked, and packaged.
  • Please note: Orders are not processed, printed, or shipped on weekends or UK bank holidays.

2. Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We ship all of our orders across the United Kingdom using reliable postal carriers (primarily Royal Mail). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated Transit Time2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can normally expect your order to arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the date your order was placed.

3. Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been printed and dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number (if a tracked shipping method was selected at checkout). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

4. Damages and missing packages

Lost in the Lines is fully responsible for your package until it safely arrives at your door. If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at returns@lostinthelines.com with your order number. We will work directly with our courier to investigate and arrange a free replacement for you.
