The personal trainer gives his client a thumbs up gesture as he attempts to lift the barbell. The personal trainer is looking at his phone instead of his client.

The personal trainer is still deeply engrossed in whatever he's looking at on his phone as his client is about to lift the barbell. Meanwhile a disheveled-looking man in a long coat has appeared next to the client.

The disheveled man throws off his long coat to the floor to reveal the fact that he is completely naked. The client recoils in shock. The personal trainer is still looking at his phone, seemingly oblivious to unfolding events.

The disheveled man's penis begins to grow and snake towards the horrified client. The personal trainer continues to look at his phone.

The disheveled man's ever-lengthening penis is now wrapped around the terrified client as the personal trainer stares at his phone.

Suddenly the personal trainer pulls his client - still trapped within the penis' grasp - in towards him. The personal trainer throws up a 'metal horns' hand gesture as he takes a selfie with his client and the penis head which has now sprouted little arms and hands giving the 'metal horns' hand gesture too.

The personal trainer and disheveled man begin to melt in horrifying fashion as the client screams in terror, covered in the gloppy mess.

The client has now dropped to one knee and screams as the last remnants of his personal trainer and the disheveled man drip to the ground all around him. Text reads: 'feel the burn'.
