It’s that time of year when people purchase a pumpkin, scoop out the flesh and the seeds and bin it all then carve a face in it and shove it outside. Not me though, the flesh and seeds were put to good use for some delicious soup and the remaining pumpkin was then used as a decoration. I say that with intended smugness. Please don’t waste food.
