Seductive smile (plus Chrimbo update)

Pissing about with random artwork of the horror genre.

There is no back story to this, no inspiration and no intended purpose. I sometimes like to create faces entirely from my mind. First a few random blotches on the screen (a bit like the great Ralph Steadman’s technique with ink I suppose) and eventually I hope to see a face begin to emerge and continue until I feel I’ve done enough. The temptation is – like any artwork – to keep going with juuuust that one little bit more detail but this can be the difference between happiness with your work and total rejection.

As mentioned above, I don’t use any photos whatsoever as a guide so the proportions are probably all wrong but I really don’t care. These sorts of images are created solely for my own entertainment but if anyone else likes these horrific creations then that’s of course a lovely Brucie bonus.

Picture now added to my regular artwork gallery.

Chrimbo 2021: the return of my ‘alternative’ Christmas products

Coming very soon, chortles aplenty (I hope)! My Chrimbo T-shirts and cards will be making their debut in my LitL shop. It’s been a year or two since these were last available when I used to sell via Redbubble so I’m very happy to be able to bring them here.

A selection of my favourite designs from previous years – some updated/improved – and some just the way you may remember them. I know it’s too early to be talking about Christmas but I don’t want to leave everything to the last minute.

It will be nice to have them available in the (unlikely) event anyone may be doing their Christmas party clothing shopping early.
